Chocolate Milkshake
Blend all heavy ingredients and add coconut milk at end.
Bonus! Add 5-6 Ice Cubes for malt
Put berries in blender first before coconut meat for easier mixing.

Blend cashews with water and add cashew milk
Add any berries or cinnamon for more flavor
Options
Use sprouted wheat berries, almonds, sesame seeds or other soaked seeds or nuts for the main cereal rather than soaked oats.

For soups, leave the fruit out you may warm them on the stove until they are warm, but not too hot for you to put your finger in.
Salad in Your Mouth
Place any of the following in front of you (you can add others too) and then take one bite of each at a time and as you chew you create a salad in your mouth. The trick is to use the secret of food preparation.
Garden of Eden Tacos
Put all ingredients on lettuce leaf, beginning with the long slices, put dulse, lemon juice and pepper on last.
Pad Thai Noodles Sauce
Nori Roll
Roll the ingredients into a sushi roll and slice into pieces. Serve on plate with wasabi and shoyu in dish.
Making it EASY on a daily basis
Because it is a lifestyle change we have a few tips to help you figure it out.
Create a menu plan for yourself for the whole week, or 3 days.
Write up a shopping list to get the ingredients for your menu plan
Make enough of each recipe so that it will last for a few meals (4 days in the fridge is how long most live recipes last)
Do a lot of green smoothies and soups. Theyre easy to make, easy to digest, and easy to transport in jars to work, etc. They never get old because you can put anything you want in them. They are very high energy because they have a lot of protein, vitamin, minerals, water, fiber and you assimilate it so much better than solid foods.
Schedule time to shop and make your food. Have a buddy to shop, make food and eat with. Treat yourself with unconditional love and kindness and continue to acknowledge your successes and forget about anything else. Do not try to get anyone else to change their lifestyle or judge them for theirs. Treat everyone with unconditional love and kindness, especially your family.
Guidelines
Guidelines for increasing your diet up the energy level scale.
Whenever you increase the energy level of your diet your body begins to cleanse itself of long held toxins and poisons. These consist of environmental toxins, undigested food and emotions.
We can tell that a food is higher energy because we dont feel as tired or dont feel tired at all after eating it. Everyone knows the experience of feeling tired after a big meat and potatoes meal. We also know that we dont feel that fatigue when we eat a living foods meal. Some meals are so high in energy that we literally have more energy after eating than before.
When you start eating a higher energy level diet your body naturally begins to use that extra energy to heal itself, and the way it does that is by releasing toxins. Its just like if you start to heat water. When the water gets hotter and hotter it cools itself by releasing the hottest molecules as steam. The same thing happens with your body, as your energy levels go up and up, your body begins to release the lowest energy stuff/toxins.
The DANGER in this is if the toxins dont leave your body through bowel movements the body tries to eliminate it via your skin, lungs, urine, sinuses or it just cant get out at all. This is uncomfortable and causes what we call cleansing reactions. They mirror flu symptoms. Thats why if you go fast up the scale you MUST do a cleanse to flush out the toxins at least as fast as your body is releasing them to prevent cleansing reactions.

Dont focus on eliminating the worst stuff as much as focus on adding in more and more good, high-energy foods. Try to learn one recipe per week and keep searching for alternatives that work for you. Have fruit instead of candy, have raw chocolate instead of chocolate with dairy, have young coconuts or avocado instead of meat and so on. With the idea of adding in more good rather than taking out bad we will find a whole new world of taste rather than a world of deprivation that often ends in binging.
The other VERY IMPORTANT aspect is that when you release toxins your body uses minerals to do this. Minerals are the #2 component of your body, right after water. They are far more important than vitamins or protein and when you use up an already depleted mineral supply in your body you can feel worse rather than better when you go up the energy scale. One thing very important to note about minerals is that they are what control the levels of alkalinity in your body. Lots of minerals = alkaline, few minerals = acidic.

Is There a Difference Between Good and Bad Fat?

Yes! Yes, there is a difference between fats that are healing and fats that are harmful, in fact, the difference can mean life or death. Fat really has a bad rap in our country; it is almost as misunderstood as protein. In Udo Erasmus' book, The Fats That Heal, the Fats That Kill, we discover the little known truths about fat. Mr. Erasmus spent six years of his life reading every medical and scientific study on fat as the basis for his book. It is the foremost authority on the subject of fat and will be the source for the majority of this article. We will explore how fats will not only help us to live longer and healthier, but to lose weight, feel better emotionally, look more beautiful and so on. Good fats even peel the plaque off your arteries, preventing heart disease and strokes.
Fat Knowledge. A funny story about the state of education in America comes from San Diego, California. A thirteen-year-old girl comes home to share with her family what she heard in her "Food Science" class that day. She says, "mom, today our teacher told us that potato chips are good for us because they contain essential fats!" Fortunately, she had already been educated and knew it was closer to a bad joke than the truth. Her mom considered writing a letter, especially since the previous week she shared that her teacher said hamburgers are one of the healthiest meals because they have all four-food groups. Of course, we know from the protein article that the hamburger is not a healthy food for the human body. The Fat Conspiracy
In America, fat has become the bad egg so to speak and everything is now "fat free". People think they're eating healthy because they are eating fat free or less fat. Nothing could be farther from the truth. A balanced diet contains 1/3 fat, good fat. A diet with no fat at all is devastating to the body. Have you ever met a pale, sickly looking vegan or vegetarian? They look that way, generally, because they have cut out all fat from their diet, even the bad fats that they were getting from meat, and now their body is suffering. All they need is some good fat, and some other nutrients lacking in processed or cooked foods like enzymes, vitamins and minerals.
Is Saturated Fat Really Bad? No. That is one of the biggest misconceptions, that saturated fat is the bad fat and polyunsaturated is the good. Actually, all forms of fat can be good and are necessary for good health. The thyroid gland requires good saturated fat to operate. Ironically, the American diet contains almost no good saturated fat, and synthetic thyroid hormones are currently the #2 prescribed drug.
Doesn't Saturated Fat Cause Heart Disease? No. Cholesterol is what clogs the arteries causing heart disease and stroke. It's a disease called arteriosclerosis. Cholesterol and saturated fat are not directly related, but they are indirectly related. Cholesterol is produced in the liver of animals, including human livers, and animal meat is mostly saturated fat, especially land animals like chicken and lamb. So eating animal meat, which is high in saturated fat and cholesterol, causes arteriosclerosis, but not saturated fat itself, in fact, saturated fat is part of the cure for this disease that will take the lives of nearly half of Americans. Yes, when you walk down the street, look at people, half of them will die of cholesterol in their arteries, heart attack or stroke. Its totally unnecessary, and easily avoided by simple diet upgrades to tastier, healthier foods.
There is a theory presented in Death by Diet, which looks greatly at minerals and the acid vs. alkaline balance in the body. It suggests that our body puts the cholesterol on the arteries to protect it from the acidic conditions around it. This makes a lot of sense. Acid foods and dark emotions not released cause acid in the body, with cooked protein leading the list. It's the acidic conditions in the body causing the disease, not the cholesterol itself. Yes, it may be the protein in your steak causing your heart disease, not the fat. By the way, fish is 70% protein vs. beef at only 27%. Fish is very acidic in the body when cooked. Essential Fats
According to Dr. David Jubb in his book Life Food Nutrition, 100% of Americans tested are deficient in essential fats. Chances are pretty good that you are deficient too. That's important because these are essential fats. Our bodies absolutely need them, and we cannot make them within the body, we must get them from food. That is what makes them essential, they are only obtained by food and are essential parts of a healthy diet. Essential fats are very important for proper hormone balance, which impacts your weight levels, for brain functioning (moods), skin and hair, joint and digestive system lubrication, and more.
Where do we get them? Essential fats are found most abundantly in Flax, Hemp, Chia and Pumpkin seeds, although they are present in other good fat sources and in leafy greens. You may also take flax or hemp oils to get your essential fats. Dr. Jubb recommends taking three table spoons of flax oil each day. This is a good idea unless you are eating flax crackers, ground flax in your smoothies, or chomping on hemp and pumpkin seeds each day. There are other oils that our body needs that come from other seeds and nuts, that are easily obtained by taking Udos oil, created by Mr. Erasmus himself.
What are they? Omega 3 and Omega 6. When someone says youve got to eat fish for your EFAs they mean Essential Fatty Acids, Omega 3 and Omega 6. As a side note, eating fish to get your fats is not the best choice, not just because of processing damage, but because animals store toxins in their fat cells, including humans, and you don't want to eat the toxins of animals that float around polluted waters all day acting as a sponge. Seeds and nuts are far superior sources of EFAs.
Good Fats Heal You
Good Saturated Fat Prevents Heart Disease
In a well documented book, The Healing Miracles of Coconut Oil we find out that cultures eating Young Coconuts (the white ones with some husk wrapped in plastic) on a daily basis have no trace of heart disease, at all. None. Young Coconuts are approximately 70% saturated fat, the highest source of saturated fat in the plant world. The fat in young coconuts literally prevents heart attack or stroke. Good saturated fat is good for you.
Good Fat Causes Weight Loss
In David Wolfe's book, Eating For Beauty he cites an interesting historical fact. During the 1940's cattle ranchers decided to try and fatten up their cattle by feeding them coconut oil/butter (it is solid below 78 degrees Farenheit) since its pure fat. What happened was the cattle became lean and active! They switched to corn and soy, high carbohydrate foods, and the cattle fattened up. The good fat feeds the thyroid which controls weight, therefore allowing the body to be in balance. Eating fat does not make you fat.
Good Fat is Amazing!
Good fats do many wonderful things in your body. Good fat not only helps you lose weight, but it helps you gain muscle because it carries minerals into your cells. Eating a meal of greens with good fats is excellent for an athlete.
Good fats are the lubrication of the body. Yes, your joints can really benefit from some oil, but so does your digestive system. Not only that, but you can easily eliminate dandruff, dry skin, and so on by replenishing your fat supply.
Fats protect the body from environmental toxins.
Fats create more energy in the body! Polyunsaturated fats actually go into the cells of your body and remove the toxic, bad fats which clog up your cells energy producing mechanism, the mitochondria. Eating polyunsaturated fats, which essential fats are, increases energy levels.
Moods! Your good vibration is largely due to good fats supplying your brain what it needs to create good thoughts.
Good vs. Bad Fats
What is a bad fat? What makes the difference?
According to Mr. Erasmus, its the processing, including cooking of fats that makes them dangerous to our health, extremely dangerous. From the Fats that Heal, the Fats that Kill "Heat destroys EFAs, and oxidation and light reactions occur faster at high temperatures, making oils toxic." This is the result of six years of reading every medical and scientific study done to date. Yes, heat is what makes oils and fats toxic. Light does also, so be sure that your oils come in dark bottles, are cold pressed, extra virgin and organic of course.

Be aware that coconut butter and coconut oil are the same thing, coconut oil is solid at 78 degrees F or below. Also, olives are generally packed in toxic sodium chloride, also known as table salt. Get clean olives packed in Celtic Sea Salt from your health food store.
Fat is an Important Part of Your Daily Diet
Good fat is an absolutely essential part of your daily diet. Ideally, your diet will be 1/3 raw fats, from the list above, by weight. In the beginning of eating healthier, you may eat even more than 1/3 of your diet in fat, to replenish the supply in your body, and as you become replenished, you may eat as little as 10% of your diet as fat. Remember, you don't gain weight by eating fats, and you can't eat too much of them unless that's all you eat for many, many days. Please, eat some creamy fat today!
